PALMDALE – Felony charges were dropped against comedian Katt Williams in a Palmdale arrest in June involving Katt, three women and a man doing tractor work.
Law enforcement officials say a man who was doing tractor work on a Palmdale home where Katt was staying claims three women began attacking him with rocks and sticks.
The man claims when he tried to escape, Katt blocked the exit with an SUV. The man called 911 and Katt and the women were arrested. Katt was charged with intimidating a witness, while the women were charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
Katt was released later that night after posting bail. TMZ reported Tuesday that the L.A. County District Attorney has now refused to charge Katt, saying the three women were the “main and only aggressors” in the incident.
