LITTLEROCK – Several stolen guns, a large cache of ammunition and white supremacist paraphernalia were seized Tuesday morning when teams of deputies raided a Littlerock residence that included an underground bunker with a shooting range. Three people were arrested at the location – 54-year-old Todd Hunt, 33-year-old ex-convict Royce Gresham, and 62-year-old ex-convict Larry Finnell, according to a press release by the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station. Read it below:
On Tuesday, January 7th at approximately 5 a.m., the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB), Palmdale Station Detectives and Partners Against Crime (PAC), served a high-risk search warrant at a residence on the 10000 block of East Avenue S-4, in the Littlerock area, resulting in three arrests.
This case actually opened up for detectives approximately three weeks ago when a storage unit in the city of Palmdale was burglarized, resulting in the theft of four guns. Using departmental resources and training, Palmdale Detectives developed information which resulted in today’s search warrant.
The search warrant [was] deemed very successful. Deputies recovered several reported stolen guns and discovered an underground bunker, which included a 25-yard shooting range in an “out building” behind the primary location. Furthermore, deputies recovered a large cache of weapons and ammunition which included:
- Six pistols
- 11 rifles
- WWII Machine gun
- Over 1,000 rounds of ammunition
- Approximately 150 magazines
- Approximately 50 high capacity magazines
- Several items of white supremacist paraphernalia
The three suspects arrested at the location were 54-year-old Littlerock resident Todd Hunt, 33-year-old Littlerock resident Royce Gresham and 62-year-old Littlerock resident Larry Finnell.
All three suspects were transported and booked at the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station. Hunt was booked on charges of possession of an assault weapon with a bail amount of $35,000. Gresham was booked on charges of a felon in possession of a firearm with a bail amount of $35,000. Finnell was booked on charges of a felon in possession of a firearm with a bail amount of $35,000.
All three suspects are scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday, January 9 at the Antelope Valley Courthouse.

I happen to be a very close and personal friend of two of the men involved in this case. So I am taking the opportunity to set the record straight to those of you who pass judgement on people you know nothing of. First and foremost the owner of the property is a Vietnam war hero who also used to be a gunsmith who actually made weapons for our swat teams. So he is no idiot gun owner. Second of all he is by no means a white suprimacist. How can that be when one of his best friends is a black man? The weapons were not stolen only two that were brought to the location only hours before the search warrant was served. And believe me if that info was known by this man they would never have been there period. The idiot that did all the burglaries is in the witness protection program and will be free of all charges because he set this guy up. The man is a wonderful person who’d give you his shoes if you needed them. So please dont be judgemental until you know the truth.

I have noticed huge discrepancies in bail, but am not sure what drives that.
Mike says
Bail is set by L.A. County courts combined with prior arrests….not the A.V. Court.
PeaceInTheAV says
All that firepower, an underground bunker, White Supremacist material, all the while we have racist flyers circulating and F*&^ Ni$$%# being spray painted all around the AV at a time when we have people mass murdering other people and CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS with weapons like this all over this country…….AND ALL THEY GET IS $35,000 BAIL!!!????? REALLY? That’s surely how to make the others like them cower……and teach them a lesson at the same time…..ugh!
Bill Nye says

HistoryIsImportant says
Not sure attracting is the correct term. More often than not it is the release program the state and county have that dumps felons here.
