LANCASTER – Interested in learning more about the various community programs and services offer through the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s Lancaster Station?
If so, mark your calendar for Saturday, May 9.
Lancaster Sheriff’s Station will be hosting an Open House, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 501 West Lancaster Boulevard.
Attendees will get a guided tour of the station and learn more about the sheriff department’s many programs.
Representatives from the Recruitment Unit, the S.H.A.R.E. Tolerance Program, and V.I.D.A. will be available for questions, according to Deputy Joshua Stamsek. Several non-profit organizations from throughout the Antelope Valley will also be present.
A local DJ will be providing music.

Considering they house inmates in this building, this is a pretty risky operation!
