It’s at the bottom of this story in bold.

This is suspicious. Who in their right mind would allow parents, etc. to leave a 11 p.m., and knowing they have dementia/alzheimers? Did they really leave on their own? I don’t trust the son at all.
Could be he wants to collect life insurance benefits, and wonder if police have checked that out.
I hope they’re alive.

Yesterday when I read the CHP incident reports Silver Alert, it mentioned that the elderly couple found the keys for the car that were hidden…..
Barry Bigtoe says
Is that report public? I didn’t see it on chp.ca.gov
Chill says
Chil, bro. The peeps are safe. No need to troll for the lawyers. They’ll find their way while they’d bottom feeding.
Barry Bigtoe says
I’m sure the lawyers have all that on speed dial. Don’t break your ankle jumping to conclusions. Sheesh, excuse me for asking a frigging question.

This lovely couple suffer from Alzheimer’s and Dementia and they are easily confused. Maybe they shouldn’t be driving!
Bertha says
My thoughts too, why would this son let his parents drive? Some people do not want to bothered with their elderly parents.
Eric says
No self-respecting adult is letting their elderly parents, with Alzheimers, drive away at 11 at night. Especially not if they are driving back to Idaho! The first time I read it, I could pretty much picture it. The two probably woke up in the middle of the night, felt confused, found the keys, and felt it in their best interest to leave. Hope they are found safe soon! I’ll keep an eye out.
