Suspect arrested for sexually assaulting female joggers

PALMDALE – Detectives have arrested a 33-year-old man suspected of sexually assaulting two female joggers in Palmdale, authorities said.

Heriberto Romero of Palmdale was arrested Tuesday evening, according to Deputy Ryan Rouzan of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Romero is suspected of attacking and sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman who was jogging about 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 17 at Pelona Vista Park in Palmdale, Rouzan said.

“The suspect approached the victim from behind and threw her to the ground,” Rouzan said. “Despite the victim’s attempts to fight off the suspect, he began to sexually assault her.”

The attack stopped after the suspect saw or heard someone in the park’s parking lot, Rouzan said.

Detectives believed that Romero was the attacker, but lacked “evidence to proceed with the case,” according to Rouzan.

The second incident occurred about 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 15 as a 24-year- old woman was jogging along the California Aqueduct, Rouzan said.

The suspect jumped out from some bushes where he had been hiding, threw the woman to the ground, forcibly held her down and sexually assaulted her, Rouzan said.

“The victim began to fight back against the suspect, which resulted in the suspect ending his assault and fleeing the location,” Rouzan said.

Detectives on Tuesday identified Romero as the suspect in the latest attack and arrested him.

Romero was booked at the sheriff’s Palmdale Station on suspicion of kidnapping and assault with intent to commit rape and was being held in lieu of $1 million bail, Rouzan said.

Detectives believe Romero may have victimized others and asked anyone with information to call the Sheriff’s Special Victims Bureau at 877-710- LASD.

To keep an entity more controllable, it is preferred that the entity is kept at just the lower three chakra activation with inconsistent chakras activation to dissuade a balanced atunement. Money, sex, social status, well-being, security in self, conscious awareness are generated within the lower three chakras. Create a global environment of insecure situational developments in those areas which govern the lower chakras, you have a bunch of imbalanced under active/overactive energy system propelled beings running around in a frenzied, unpredictable state of conscience awareness. Easier to control and opress and to plant hypnotic suggestions. Activate your higher self and you run the risk of being crucified.

    This man should have adhered to the rituals of courting by asking women out on dates even though fathers frown on any guy who tries to talk to their daughters. I read that Al-Capone got his face slashed with a knife by a young woman’s father because he tried to ask her out for a date. It would be best if men married their biological sisters instead of harassing other people’s daughters but then the police would step in and say it’s incest and that men should harass other people’s daughters. Marriage is not natural because fish, lizards and mammal don’t sign marriage licences. It’s the state trying to impose their authority on other people’s lives through the marriage courts complaining about rights or in reality the right of one spouse to steal money from the other through the lie of community property. When men refused to get married they tried to invent the lie of palimony so women could steal money from complete strangers. Fortunately, most states have gotten rid of common law marriage which is another judicial lie created by law makers who are lawyers and thieves. A woman was arrested for stalking Micheal Jackson and trying to say she was his common law wife. Religion is a lie because it’s never been proven by science.

  3. I go here alone at lunch and have had to stop because I get an overwhelming feeling of fear of it happening to me :_
    I go at noon and usually it’s just me and another runner – I have put myself in very dangerous situations I guess but when I read that this woman went at 9:00 PM I am not even brave enough to do that.

    I see woman running at 6:00 AM alone in our Valley and I immediately think, “What a fool”.

    We are not safe any where, not even at the park.

    I am 49 so obviously no one wants my tore up body but I wonder how many times me saw me and thought to rape me too?

    A few years back My sister and I did a very early walk there and I don’t know who saw him first but when we looked up, a younger Caucasian guy had his pants pulled down to his ankles and was masturbating on the hills to the side of the park

    The police came quickly, two of them. They took our report while laughing. It was so humiliating to have to tell ththen I but for them to laugh was so disrespectful on law enforcements pray.

    Such a very tragic story – I wish men would understand that they will not get away with sexually assaulting children or women. You will always get caught and end up in prison…it is not worth it. Your life is too precious to spend even one day behind bars.

    • “I am 49 so obviously no one wants my tore up body….” sexual assault is VERY rarely about sex. 79 year old women get raped more than you would think. and really… 49 is not all that old!!

  4. This man has an obvious overactive root chakra. Society is kept at the Trinity below the heart by means of seducing those areas aggressively through sexual exploitation through the media, dangling the golden carrot everywhere you look, people having abundances in areas others do not and its in the less fortunate ones faces every day. Society dictates rituals of courting the opposite sex though areas in relation to monetary aptitude, not DNA and not to heart. Marriage is not natural, we are taught to adhere to angelic, if not, godly principles, while in reality, humanity is just above the animal kingdom…barely. DNA proves this. Keep those sexual urges within the confines of the mind, God forbid you indulge in acting upon them. Religion is limited, evolution is limitless. I’m glad no more pro feminines were hurt.

      • The term pro feminine or pro masculine is when an entity is positively rendered toward the feminine or masculine state of being. An androgynous being is the balance of both sexes without an actual preferred sexual orientation toward one way or the other. If you come into realization of the self in God, you will develop an androgynous state of awareness.

      • He or she is trying to say, that the guy should have stuck to dating ugly women who haven’t had a date since they were born. Millions of women are old maids who never had children and never dated yet they paid the government billions in taxes and gave credence to the adage “taxation without representation.” We have a situation of poor distribution of human resources across the nation, a situation the communist were not able to resolve in their countries, hence the collapse of communism. This man surely has a low I.Q. if he couldn’t understand that it was easier to give a woman his phone number instead of physically attacking them while they were busy improving their health through exercise. I read a story about a police officer who left his phone number on a woman’s car asking her for a date if she was interested, the man was humiliated in the media when the woman decided to call the police station and the media to turn his life into a circus. It all boils down to human incompatibility, and it would be wise to make a computerized dating system that aligns compatible people together so there could be a meeting of the minds. It would be composed of questioners of likes and dislikes and people with the same likes are brought together while others get a zero match on available partners. Example: Do you like running naked through the rain while eating grapes? Do you like paying for the bill on a dinner date?
