Ethan Phillips
Ethan PhillipsEthan Phillips is a 23-year-old male with brown eyes and brown hair. He is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds.
Phillips is wanted for burglary.
There is a $25,000 warrant for his arrest.
Phillips is known to frequent the 39000 block of 169th Street East in the Lake Los Angeles area.

Estrella is known to frequent the 36000 block of Spanish Broom Drive in Palmdale.
