LANCASTER – An investigation was underway Wednesday to determine what killed a man whose body was found inside a parked car in Lancaster.
The body was discovered by deputies from the sheriff’s Lancaster station at approximately 2:54 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, near 110th Street East and East Avenue H, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
“It is unknown how long the vehicle was at the location or when the person died,” the news release states.
The man’s name is being withheld until his identification is determined and family members have been notified, according to authorities.
His cause of death will be determined in an autopsy, the coroner’s office said.
