PALMDALE – Local detectives are hoping surveillance images will help them track down two men who robbed a Palmdale liquor store in April.
The crime occurred around 8:15 a.m. on Friday, April 29, at Sam’s Liquor at 1013 East Palmdale Boulevard.
“Both suspects entered the location, brandished a firearm, and ordered the victim to the ground,” said Deputy Jodi Wolfe of the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station. “While the victim was on the ground, the suspect removed a large amount of cash from the register. Both suspects fled the location on foot heading westbound.”
The suspects are believed to be about 20 years old, with thin builds. One was wearing a blue hoodie with “California” on the front, black pants and white shoes. The other was wearing a gray jacket with black sleeves, dark-colored pants and black shoes.
Anyone with information on the identity or location of these suspects is encouraged to contact OSS Detective Robert McGaughey at 661-272-2555 or email RJMcGaug@lasd.org.
