Garcia is on parole for carjacking.
His criminal history includes battery on a peace officer, and carjacking.
Garcia failed to report to his parole agent as instructed and he is believed to be somewhere in Palmdale.

Her criminal history includes theft, robbery, burglary, possession of a controlled substance, spousal battery, and assault with a deadly weapon.
Meriggio failed to report to her parole agent as instructed and she is believed to be somewhere in Palmdale.

I was informed she got arrested on July 27th and was up for release on the 29th I’m the mother of the victims how could she be walking the streets after she stabbed my son her parole officer took her hold off and if anything happens to my son Joseph I will hold them personally responsible..
