Richard McClelland Richard McClelland is a 48-year-old male with blond hair and blue eyes. He is approximately 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs around 210 pounds.
McClelland is wanted domestic violence and criminal threats.
There is a no bail warrant for his arrest.
