Arturo Tovar
Arturo TovarArturo Tovar is a 29-year-old male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 195 pounds.
Tovar is wanted for domestic violence and aggravated assault.
There is a $160,000 warrant for his arrest.
