Adan Sepulveda & Patrishia Marie Anderson Adan Sepulveda is a 24-year-old male with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds.
Patrishia Anderson is a 24-year-old female with black hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 113 pounds.
Sepulveda and Anderson are wanted for forgery.
They are believed to be acting together to commit crimes.
Sepulveda and Anderson each have a $70,000 warrant for arrest.

Rex got the ball rolling on this scam product. He tried to sell it to cities and law enforcement agencies. Every last one of them flatly rejected it. It is worthless, except to Frank. It brings a steady source of income each month for ten years. Over ten million bucks.
Of course Marv and the rest stand behind Rex lock, stock, and barrel.
