Detectives investigating infant death in Rosamond

ROSAMOND – Kern County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a baby girl found “not breathing” in Rosamond Monday evening.

Deputies were dispatched around 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, to the 8300 block of Stagecoach Lane, according to a news release from the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.

“Deputies arrived and located a 1-month-old female infant not breathing,” the news release states.

Deputies performed CPR until medical aid arrived, and then the infant was transported to Antelope Valley Hospital where she was pronounced dead, officials said.

“Detectives responded and assumed the investigation, as is protocol for child deaths,” the news release states.

“Detectives are currently speaking with the parents of the child and investigating the circumstances surrounding the death,” the news release states.

An autopsy will be scheduled this week to determine the cause and manner of death. The infant’s name will be released by the coroner’s office at a later time.

And i hope your other children get taken by children services and you never see them again, because you dont deserve to be called a mother. I bestow a curse on you.

    That is not true ….the next door neighbor and “Karen”a friend of the parents which was also was in the one who helped deliver the baby girl the day she was born …those two gave CPR …..deputies showed up seconds before the medics arrive…
