Perez is on parole for criminal street gang activity.
His criminal history includes conspiracy to commit a crime, criminal street gang activity, and attempted murder.
Perez is a Mid Town Criminals gang member who goes by the moniker “Temper.”
Perez failed to report to his parole agent as instructed and he is believed to be somewhere in Lancaster.

I pray that the Perez guy isn’t the same living on my street he looks like him… he taunted me and my german Shepard was killed he was poisoned and beat by gang members in my neighborhood. I never told on him due to fear…..but the kids on my street are gang members whom have broke into my home and now I’m fighting identity theft as well asbills I did not generate in the thousands. I did however go to police station over 3 times and they sent me home to file a home report….. however the website said I cannot file a report… because I did not video the crime. I have theft, identity theft, and lost a new job because my wallet was stolen no license no job…. 2 weeks after my new job my license was put in my mailbox … I wish I could get help. my property gets destroyed every time I leave my home…. it sucks.
