Most Wanted AV Parolees

LANCASTER – The Antelope Valley Parole Office is seeking your help in locating the following parolees who failed to report to their agents. If you recognize these parolees and know where they might be located, contact the Antelope Valley Parole Office at 661-729-0530, ext. 272.

Lloyd Holbrook

Lloyd Holbrook is a 53-year-old male with graying brown hair and  brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs  about 190 pounds.

Holbrook is on parole for making terrorists threats.

His criminal history includes burglary, grand theft, robbery, vehicle theft, DUI, assault with a firearm, perjury, rape of spouse, sodomy, spousal battery, vandalism, murder, receiving stolen property, assault with a firearm on a peace officer, possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, and making terrorist threats.

Holbrook failed to report to his parole agent as instructed, he is believed to be somewhere in Lancaster or San Fernando Valley, and he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on the location of Lloyd Holbrook is encouraged to contact the Antelope Valley Parole Office at 661-729-0530, ext. 272.

Abram Kirkland

Abram Kirkland is a 39-year-old male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 6 feet  tall and weighs about 170 pounds.

Kirkland is on parole for robbery.

His criminal history includes grand theft, burglary, vehicle theft, possession of a firearm by a felon, and robbery.
Kirkland failed to report to his parole agent as required and he is believed to be somewhere in Lancaster or Palmdale.

Lloyd Holbrook is and has been in the Kingman Arizona area for as long as its been since he absconded from parole…many calls to the parole board/office,law enforcement agencies have been made… even to this news agency with this information, but NOBODY in either state California or Arizona seems interested in apprehending this dangerous individual…how about a little action and less talk?…DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!.

  3. Why would about 7 cop cars surround my house with at least 10 cops guns drawn telling my neighbor to come out with his hands up. Of course he’s not, not even with the threat of going in. They threaten him for about an hour, but in the end they left, although they were told he was there hiding in the attic. I asked why they were leaving and I was told they had a policy. What dam policy would that be!! with their smart add attitudes. I have really LOST respect when I used to have so much for them.I don’t know what the hell their problem is wasting my tax dollars for? Someone know something Ii don’t?
