Horace Cameron RossHorace Ross is a 37-year-old male with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs around 195 pounds.
Ross is wanted for domestic violence.
He is accused of assaulting his girlfriend.
There is now a $1,330,000 warrant for his arrest.

This is some straight [removed]. Lancaster sheriff’s department will try their best to raid road young black men. Ok He and his girlfriend got into it. Does this Justify a bail of over 1 million dollars ? What happened to innocent until proven guilty. Wake up people of color, they trying to lock us all up.

Well, the “just walking around is suspicious” justification is actually beyond their authority, not that that stops most of them. But walking around at 2AM in a park (which will have posted hours of operation and access that I suspect will NEVER include 2AM) is actually a crime, so I’d avoid it.
