Marcus Travis Robinson, 28, pleaded no contest in October 2016 to 10 counts of second-degree robbery and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, and admitted using a firearm during some of the crimes, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
Robinson — who was sentenced Wednesday — waived credit for a year he had already spent in custody, according to Deputy District Attorney Craig Kleffman.
Two others were sentenced earlier for their roles in the crime spree.
Co-defendant Mahealani Austin, 30, was sentenced last year to 35 years in state prison after pleading no contest to three counts of second-degree robbery and one count each of kidnapping, attempted robbery, attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery, and admitting use of a firearm during some of the crimes.
The crimes occurred in the early morning hours between Dec. 12, 2011, and Sept. 24, 2012, according to the prosecutor.
Several victims were threatened at gunpoint and taken to isolated areas of retail locations that included pharmacies and a pizza shop, according to court testimony. Several of the stores were robbed more than once, Kleffman said.

He was sentenced to 45 years with 85%…which means anyone who commits a violent crime under penal section 667 will have to do 85% of their sentence. That means if the courts gave him a 45 year sentence than he will serve atleast 38 years in prison no acceptions.

Good behavior, if he plays the Jesus card, he can reasonably expect to be out, in as little as three. If the brotha turns out to be a hard case, he can expect, at most, a 9 year stretch –

So sad I knew him growing up. He was nice and respectful and a driven athlete. Prayers for his grandfather because he was the one who would keep his behind in check. I know his family is heartbroken.

Good to see scum boy in prison. Please don’t let him procreate babies while in prison under the conjugal baby daddy program because the babies this man produces will also be criminals. It is in his DNA. May his line of DNA become extinct as it should have occurred many generations ago but did not because of organizations that kept it alive by those men and women who did not have to live next door to this evil man. Stop the DNA from spreading. And ladies, mamas, girlfriends don’t have, don’t have babies with men like this. Give your baby a chance in life. Look at the man’s previous generations. Time to wake up and smell the coffee. Unless we change, we will always be left behind. While others move ahead, some cry and scream all day long but no one cares anymore because the crying and screaming has become the cries of a little baby that just does not grow up and probably never will so they give the baby a candy so he can suck on it because you cant suck and cry at the same time.
