Anyone making vehicle manufacturer jokes sorely need lessons in common decency. Unfortunate events like these are NOT sports events. Brand-loyalty bravado has no place when an article’s headline include the word “killed”.
My deepest sympathies go out to the family of the deceased as well as to the family of the driver-I don’t know what the legal repercussions were/are going to be, but I would assume the guilt felt by the driver of the Porsche lies heavy on their mind.
Rest in peace, Farris.
Sincerely,
Fares

Once you’ve financed a Camaro, a Mustang, a Dodge, you become a known quantity (e.g., dumb as a door nail). You’ll take a 30 point hit to your FICO. If everyone else didn’t have to pay an artificially inflated insurance premium, to cross subsidize motorists plagued impulse control issues, those cars would be uninsurable.

You were there?

The Ford driver wasn’t paying attention.

How do you know? Are you a witness? If so, why are you leaving out that the driver of the Porsche was going over 100mph?
Five - O says
Exactly. Law enforcement should have the data from the OBD to show his exact speed. It will be interesting to see if he even applied the brakes.
