Kevin Conrad Scheire was last seen about 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26, in the 4700 block of West Avenue L 13, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Scheire is white, 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 190 pounds, with brown eyes, long brown hair tied in a bun, facial hair and an unspecified tattoo on his left arm. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray hood sweatshirt and tennis shoes.
