Man found shot to death in Lancaster [UPDATE: Victim ID’d]

LANCASTER – Authorities have identified the man who was found shot to death early Sunday morning in Lancaster.

He was 41-year-old Charles Hall III, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

The shooting was reported around 2:59 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, on the 400 block of Lancaster Boulevard, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Detectives have released little information on the circumstances surrounding the shooting, except to say that Hall was pronounced dead at the scene. No arrests were reported, and no suspect information was available as of Monday, Feb. 27.

    • Get with it. Even though it’s the year 2023, nothing has really changed. We still live in the Wild West, a little gun slinging here and there is all part of the American way of life. Know your history, it’s actually a lot safer now, than in the past.

    • MAGA is nothing more than propaganda repeatedly pumped into the gullible naive minds of rural white Americans by a fast talking New York City hustler with a Liberace hairdo who turned out to be a self-centered power-hungry, attention-seeking undercover Fascist, racist, liar, and a traitor. MAGA followers don’t have the balls to admit they’ve been suckered and continue to support a coward who claimed to have a medical problem to evade military duty during the Vietnam War and who has no respect for American institutions, the Constitution, and democracy. The USA never lost it’s greatness and MAGA is nothing more than a tool used to brainwash unsophisticated naive gullible country boys who cannot see or read the writing on the wall, yet the rest of the entire world can.

    • MAGA neighborhoods are easy to spot. These poor victimized Republicans usually have a new F-350 with a 6″lift kit and 40″ tires in the Driveway next to their (newer) Mercedes Benz. To top it all of they place a $19.99 American Flag/Flagpole combo they bought at Lowes in their front yard.
      The vast majority (like Bob) never served in the military.

      (They think they live in a MAGA neighborhood but their more intelligent and modest neighbors are dismayed to find out these people are driving the values of their homes down. Way down.)
