LANCASTER – Authorities are seekingĀ the public’s help to find a 23- year-old woman who went missing from the Lancaster area early Tuesday morning.
Elizabeth Scarleth Recinos was last seen at around 3 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, at 45th Street and West Avenue L, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
“Ms. Recinos is diagnosed with depression,” a sheriff’s department statement said. “Her loved ones are concerned for her well-being.”
Recinos is Hispanic, 5-feet-7 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. She was wearing black pants and a red-and-black jacket.
