PALMDALE – Residents can fill a bag with books for just $2 at the Palmdale City Library’s by-the-bag book sale, happening March 25.
It’s scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 25, at the Library, located at 700 East Palmdale Boulevard.
The event allows shoppers to purchase bags in three sizes for $2, $4, and $8. Each bag purchased can then be filled with as many books or items as able to fit in the bag. All proceeds benefit the Palmdale City Library.
This event is co-sponsored by the Library and The Friends of the Palmdale City Library, a volunteer non-profit organization.
The Library is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, from 1 to 5 pm.
