PALMDALE – The city of Palmdale will present a variety of holiday entertainment and events to celebrate the season at the Palmdale Playhouse, located at 38334 10th Street East.
November 28
Starting Nov. 28, residents can visit Santa’s Wonderland for a meet and greet with Jolly Old St. Nick. The cost is $7 per family and includes the visit, a 5×7 photo frame cover, and a goodie bag for each child 12 and under. Reservations are required online at www.PalmdalePlayhouse.com. Interested persons are encouraged to register early for this event, as walk-ups cannot be accommodated.
December 2
On Saturday, Dec. 2, at 7 p.m., the AV Children’s Choir will sing some of the season’s most beloved classics, like “Christmas Time is Here,” “Little Saint Nick” and “Mele Kalikimaka.”
December 3
The Stone Soul’s Holiday Dance Party will start at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, featuring classic soul and Motown-inspired versions of beloved Christmas songs and hits from artists like Stevie Wonder, James Brown, The Temptations, Marvin Gaye, and more.
December 9
A Christmas Celebration starts at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec 9, featuring holiday-themed student performances of classical and contemporary ballet, jazz, hip hop, and rhythm tap dance.
December 16
On Saturday, Dec. 16, at 7:30 p.m., West Coast Classical Concert and Symphonic Orchestras present Sounds of the Holidays. Two 50-piece full orchestras will perform holiday favorites that are sure to create wonderful musical memories.
